What we’re actually doing

The internet has an “are you a real human?” problem. World fixes it. We bring it to the public.

Bots, sock puppets, fake accounts, scam texts, dodgy sites that ask for your data. World is the privacy-preserving infrastructure that fixes the underlying problem — proving you’re real, online, without handing over your personal information. 18M+ people have already joined.

Our job is on-the-ground: we teach and invite people to join. They walk past a kiosk, we explain it, and if it lands, they get verified in about two minutes. They walk away with the World App — mini-apps, chat, games, and instant vouchers from partners like Deliveroo, Uber, and more. Free, voluntary, no data collected by us, no investment, no sale.

We started this work in Portugal (500k verified). Then Brazil (200k verified, 14 live locations stood up in under three months). Now London.

Why this is rare

A real ladder, real money, real contracts — at the front of something new.

Most field roles in the UK are either gig work, zero-hours, or a flat-hourly retail job with no real path. This is none of those.

A real ladder

Promoter → Ambassador → Team Leader → Manager.

Months, not years. Promotions are competency-based, not time-served. We tell you which rung you’re on, what the next looks like, and what would get you there.

Real money for impact

Hourly base + uncapped performance pool.

Your kiosk’s whole team builds a shared pool from signup volume. Push into a higher band, the whole period gets repainted at the higher rate. Paid mid-month.

Real contracts

PAYE, agreed minimum hours, holiday, pension.

Not gig. Not zero-hours. A real contract with a guaranteed floor, paid training, and proper rights from day one.

Numbers count from day one. Decisions get made fast. The people who land well in the first cohort are the people we’re going to promote first as we scale.

What it’s actually like

This is real work. We won’t sell it as anything else.

Most of the day, you’re standing in a kiosk in a shopping centre. People walk past. You start conversations with strangers and try to land the same pitch with the same energy on the 273rd onboarding as on the 1st. You’ll have great Saturdays and slow Tuesdays. You’ll work weekends. You’ll be on your feet. You’ll be in uniform.

And — if you bring the right attitude — you’ll get really good at something hundreds of people walk past every hour. You’ll teach the people next to you. You’ll watch your numbers climb. You’ll get promoted faster than you’ve ever been promoted before.

It isn’t sales. It isn’t crypto. It isn’t pushy promo. It’s a friendly, direct, honest conversation about something genuinely groundbreaking — and a fair share of the upside when you’re good at it.

A note from the founder.

Syncera was born because I think World is the most exciting infrastructure project on the internet right now. The timing is just right — almost no one in the UK has heard of it. Our job is to change that, one conversation at a time.

The hard part isn’t the tech. Or the privacy-preserving self-custody verification process. It’s the conversation at the kiosk. That’s why we hire on attitude and ask for a 30-second video instead of a CV. We’d rather see thirty seconds of the real you — your energy, your enthusiasm — than three pages telling us where you went to school.

We’re looking for a sales shark. Cold-approach floor conversion at the kiosk — direct sales, D2D, energy/broadband, street fundraising backgrounds welcome. Weekly commission, uncapped. Promotion to salaried Team Leader (£35,360) is months away if you’re hungry.
