Do customers already come to your counter with phone questions?
Would a plan you can sell in one sentence make that easier?
Would you rather add a product than add a supplier's rules?
Three yeses? Keep reading.
Anything else — no hard feelings, but this page isn't for you.
per Mobile sale
per Mobile customer who stays four months
levels that earn a bonus
What you earn
Two rates, one for each line you can sell.
Mobile
| Sale | £7.50 +VAT — counts 14 days after the day the line goes live, if the customer is still with us then |
| Payment 2 | £7.50 +VAT — their second monthly payment; counts 30 days after the day the payment is recorded, if the customer is still with us then |
| Payment 3 | £7.50 +VAT — their third; counts 30 days after the day the payment is recorded, if the customer is still with us then |
| Payment 4 | £7.50 +VAT — their fourth; counts 30 days after the day the payment is recorded, if the customer is still with us then (£30 +VAT per Mobile customer in all) |
Energy
| Sale | Up to £40 +VAT — per Energy sale, by supplier and fuel; counts 14 days after the day the sale is confirmed, if the customer is still with us then |
The rates on the day of a sale are the rates you earn on it (for Mobile, all four amounts), and so is each amount's hold — the wait before it counts, and whether the customer must still be with us when it ends. We publish rates and holds on the portal; a change only applies to sales made after.
+VAT applies if you're VAT-registered. Send us a VAT invoice and we add it.
No targets, no minimum order, no monthly fee, no cap — one counter or ten, same rate every customer.
Paid weekly, once the bank confirms the run, whenever your balance is over £50. Under £50 rolls forward — nothing is ever lost.
Every sale, every amount, in writing. If you're VAT-registered, send us a VAT invoice and we add the VAT.
Every 50, 100, 200, 500 and 1,000 sales unlocks a level — Bronze to Diamond — and pays a one-off bonus.
The programme: Syncera Mobile from your counter. Three plans, one price for everyone, no minimum term, no credit check — a SIM you can sell in the time it takes to top up a phone (the plans are here).
Your shop. Your customers. Our network.
We give you SIMs, the one-page pitch and point-of-sale material. You sell it the way you sell everything else.
How it works
Your business, your locations, roughly how many phones you see a week.
Plain terms: you sell to your customers as yourself, no exclusivity, no minimums, and you can stop whenever you like.
Starter SIMs and the counter kit arrive; more on request.
The way you sell everything else. We confirm each SIM against the network.
Weekly, once the bank confirms the run, with a statement.
Status levels
Every 50, 100, 200, 500 and 1,000 sales unlocks a level — Bronze to Diamond — and pays a one-off bonus. Mobile and Energy sales add up together, across the whole programme.
| Level | Sales | Bonus |
|---|---|---|
| (RT) Starter | Under 50 | — |
| (R1) Bronze | 50 | £25 +VAT |
| (R2) Silver | 100 | £50 +VAT |
| (R3) Gold | 200 | £100 +VAT |
| (R4) Platinum | 500 | £250 +VAT |
| (R5) Diamond | 1,000 | £500 +VAT |
Every level, Starter included, earns the same rates. One level, one bonus, once. A Mobile sale counts towards your level once its Sale amount has counted. An Energy sale counts towards your level once its Sale amount has counted. If a sale is later reversed, your count goes down but your level and any bonus already paid stay.
Good to know
- Who's the customer's contract with? Syncera Mobile. You sell the SIM; we run the service, the billing and the support. You never chase a bill.
- Do I need to be a company? Yes. The Reseller agreement is made with a limited company or LLP. We'll ask for your company number, and your VAT number if you have one — they go on your statements. Selling as a sole trader? The Affiliate programme is the one for you.
- What counts as a sale? A new Syncera Mobile customer on a SIM from your counter, confirmed against the network. One earner per sale: if two people claim the same customer, the first confirmed one stands.
- What if a customer cancels? Each amount has a hold, shown in the table above, and counts only if the customer is still with us when it ends; a customer who leaves inside a hold earns nothing for that amount, and what has already counted is yours. A sale that turns out not to be real, or a payment that is reversed, comes off your balance — which can go below zero. A negative balance is carried forward and recovered from what you earn next, and nothing is paid out until it is back above zero.
- What if I stop? You're paid everything earned to that date, whatever the amount; nothing new is earned after that.
- Is this an employment or agency arrangement? No. You're an independent business selling our product to your customers on terms we both sign. Your tax is yours; the statements are your record.
- Can I brand it? Use our name and materials as supplied. Anything else, ask first — it's one line in the agreement.
Ready?
About a minute to apply. One agreement, signed on your phone. Then a box of SIMs and a product your customers say yes to.
