What we actually do.
We’re a field sales team, not an energy company. We work from stands in London venues and talk to people about their gas and electricity. If you decide to switch, a licensed supplier becomes your energy company and your contract is with them — not with us.
We don’t supply energy, we don’t hold a supply licence, and we never take payment. Our job ends when the supplier has your details; theirs starts there.
What happens at the stand.
- We ask a few questions about your current plan and how you use energy at home.
- We tell you which supplier the plan is with — up front, before anything else. If that supplier isn’t for you, that’s the end of the conversation, no hard feelings.
- If it looks right for you, we take your details and pass them to that supplier. Nothing is signed or paid at the stand.
- The supplier confirms everything with you directly and sets it up. They’ll tell you how long you have to change your mind, and how to.
What our team will never do.
- Ask for your PIN, your passwords or your online banking login.
- Ask you for cash or a card payment. There is nothing to pay at the stand.
- Say we’re from your current supplier, or from anyone we’re not.
- Push you to decide on the spot. Take the leaflet, think about it, come back tomorrow — we’ll still be there.
If someone in a Syncera badge does any of these, we want to know. The address is at the bottom of this page.
Where you’ll find us.
Our teams only work from the stands listed on Find us. If someone says they’re from Syncera and they’re not at one of those stands, they’re not ours.
Not sure someone was ours?
Ask for their badge, then email hello@syncerauk.com with the venue and the day. We’ll confirm whether that person was working for us there and then.
If they weren’t, please tell us anyway. Someone using our name without working for us is exactly the thing we want to hear about.
Syncera is a sales and marketing agency. We are not an energy supplier and do not hold a gas or electricity supply licence.
