Syncera UK Ltd, a private limited company registered in England (Co. No. 17170367), registered office 20 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office under reference ZC141252.

This website

This site uses no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no cookies. Fonts are served from this domain, so visiting the site does not share your information with any third party.

Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, request path, timestamp, user-agent) for the purpose of operating the service and detecting abuse. We do not use these logs for analytics or profiling.

If you contact us

When you email us at hello@syncerauk.com, we receive whatever you send — typically your name, email address, and the content of your message. We use Google Workspace for our email; messages are kept for up to 12 months after our last reply, then deleted.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to you.

If you apply for a job

Job applications are submitted and managed through Deputy, our applicant and workforce management system. When you apply, you provide a CV and a short video pitch, along with your contact details and basic application data.

Where it's stored:

Both are GDPR-compliant providers under appropriate safeguards. We do not transfer your personal data outside the UK or EEA except to these processors.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in assessing candidates and, where appropriate, taking steps to enter into an employment contract.

How long we keep it:

This site sets no cookies. If that ever changes, we'll update this notice and you'll see a clear notice on first visit.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or port your personal data, and to withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. To exercise any of these, email privacy@syncerauk.com. We respond within one calendar month.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, please tell us at privacy@syncerauk.com first so we can address it. You also have the right to complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk or 0303 123 1113.
